HARDWOOD KIT VS. HARDWOOD PANELIZED KIT

The basic harwood kit is the most commonly used system. This kit arrives to the home site pre-milled, and ready for assembly using a unique tongue and groove method that provides incredible strength and a solid structurtral integrity. The design allows for easy and quick assembly. The basic kit system is user-friendly for custom changes to available models.

The panelized kit system is commonly used in the tropics and other regions that are suceptible to high winds and storm activity. The panelized kit is pre-milled and is partially assembled at the plant in Brazil, arriving to the home site in panels that are engineered to withstand wind and storm damage. The panelized kit system has been tested and surpasses the 2007 Miami/Dade County Hurricane Code. The panelized system is less user-friendly for custom changes to available models.

The Basic Kit and Panelized Kit Includes: Tauari floors; solid Tauari doors; solid Tauari window frames.

An Optional Upgrade is Available: Upgrades include: granite kitchen counter tops; solid hardwood kitchen cabinets; stainless steel kitchen sink; granite bathroom countertops; solid hardwood bathroom base cabinets; and porcelain bathroom sinks.
